My wife Daphne usually takes the primary phone calls,  discusses people’s requirements and arranges my diary.

She was also a  Specific Needs Teacher before training as  a Child Care Officer and working as a Study Supervisor and Staff Training Officer for a Local Authority, so she understands the most important side of the business which is people  and their problems. Clients always comment about how knowledgeable she is and how personable she is in understanding their needs. 

Her own interests are teaching dance and chess for the U3A,  playing bridge and hand bells and singing in a choir.
